This holiday season I would appreciate it if you can have each cub scout make or buy a holiday card for a soldier. If all of the den leaders can collect them and email me once they have the cards from the scouts that would like to participate in this...I will make arrangements to get them from you. Due to the fact that you are all receiving this the second week of December (my fault) perhaps the cards could be a "Happy New Year" card.
Keep in mind these cards will be going to an Army unit deployed in Iraq. These soldiers are giving up the holidays with their loved ones so we can live in peace with our loved ones. Thank you for your assistance in this effort to spread good cheer from Pack 249!
